Introducing ferrets to children

Do not introduce your ferrets to your children while you are still nip training. To avoid the obvious bite as this will only make the job of introducing the two harder because it will simply install in your child the fear of being bitten by the ferret.

      Remember also that Kits have a tendency to bite when being playful.
      Never leave your ferret and your children unattended together, even  the sweetest, most docile of ferrets can still become very unpredictable if they feel threatened.
